If the products you ordered are in stock, delivery time is 3 - 5 working days.

For products that are not in stock, delivery may take 6 to 12 working days.
Return Period
We apply a 30-day return period, during which you may return your package without giving any reason.
The 30 days begin from the day you receive the package. Please note: the return shipment must be sent back within this 30-day period.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with tags still attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The product must be in its original and unused condition, including all labels and tags.

Hygiene products must have their seal intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of use, misuse, or damage not caused by us.
Refunds

Once we have received the returned product, the full purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

Refunds are processed within 7 days to your bank account.

Terms

Items such as underwear, lingerie, bikinis, tights, and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Returns of items obtained through giveaways or sales are not valid.

A Track & Trace code (at your own expense) must be provided for your return package.

Please share a photo and/or link of the Track & Trace with us by email.

Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Damaged products caused by external factors cannot be processed.
Return Costs

Return costs are at your own expense, unless the item was damaged or incomplete upon receipt.

In such cases, we will cover the return costs.
Return Processing Time

If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will start processing it immediately.

Returns are processed within 10 working days after receipt.

Using your Track & Trace, you can verify when the package has arrived. From this moment, the 10 working days begin.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email, our customer service will be happy to help you.
What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Occasionally, products may be damaged during shipping or production. Please send an email to info@mollyandmoon.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please ensure that returns are made within the 30-day period. If this is not possible, please contact our customer service team for available options.
Where should I send my return?
All returns must be sent to our fulfilment centre (3PL) in China.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
